Amy Lima: Product Designer
Today’s featured designer is Amy Lima. She’s a product designer that I discovered on the Awwwards website when I searched for the best design portfolios of 2021.
One of the problems I often see in my portfolio language reviews is generic sites that look too much like everyone else’s. I always tell my clients to try to find what makes them different and then use it as an asset to stand out and get noticed. Looking at what other creatives are doing is a fun way to get inspired, so that’s why I’m sharing these blog videos. I hope we can bring some of the discussions from my workshops to a larger audience.
Amy’s portfolio is a great example of how creatives can make their sites unique and stand out from the competition. Through her personal branding, conversational language, and intriguing links, her site is a true inspiration. Take a look at her use of color, typeface, white space, language style, and layout, in addition to the great content.
What did you notice during my 30-second scroll? I’d love to read about your thoughts in the comments!
